How fast is the first attempt?
Within 3 business days on standard service. Add Rush for +$50 and the first attempt is made within 1 business day.
How many attempts do you make?
Standard service includes 4–6 attempts per case, typically made 2–3 times per week, until the documents are served.
What if the address is wrong?
Skip trace is included. If the address needs confirming, we locate the person before a server is dispatched, at no extra charge.
What if you can't serve them?
If the person still hasn't been reached after those attempts, we notify you and close the case as unable to serve. Every attempt is documented, and you can see each one on the Track Service page.
How do I get the proof of service?
Once served, we prepare a signed Proof of Service. You can download it from the Track Service page using the private link in your confirmation email.
Can you serve more than one person?
Yes. Each additional person at the same address is half price: $30 in Salt Lake & Utah County, $75 in the expanded area.
Which counties are in the expanded area?
Weber, Morgan, Davis, Tooele, Summit, Daggett, Wasatch, Duchesne, Uintah and Juab. Salt Lake and Utah County are $60.
